I-40 took us out of Kingman through the rocky and austere Arizona landscape, past the snowy Humphreys Peak in Flagstaff, then Meteor Crater, and down to a wide spot in the road, Holbrook, Arizona.
All around us, the roads were clear and the signs indicated national and state parks shutting down.

Self isolation was an easy task in Holbrook, and we passed our time kicking around the dirt of the RV campsite and making friends with a local feline.

Our next stop was back to the Enchanted RV Park, outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
